Blossoms In The Snow

 

 I wrote this and put it to music a few years ago when a friend lost a young child.


Blossoms in the snow,
We often wonder,
where did  they go?
Dew drops on a petal
glistening in the sun.
We share their love
for a moment,
and then they are gone.

Blossoms in the snow.
God needs angels in heaven,
so we bow our heads and cry.

In the dark of the night
we think we see them flying.
Guardian angels
looking over us from above.
Guardian angels
sending us back God's love.
Sending us back God's love.

Blossoms in the snow.
Where did they go?
